AV2 Systems - refuse refund for nu service delivery

AV2 Systems ado Logitech, is the worst Internet Service Provider. I have cancelled my Subscription, but get invoiced. Then asked them to reinstate, but they cannot give me a ETA when I will be online again, but debit the full subscription for the month. Their pockets are sorted, but from the 31st December to-date I have no wifi. I have to resort to getting a ****le, so I am sorted for the month, as I work from home. Now they refuse to refund my installment for no service provided and the feedback is that I was going to go live today. Really !!!
