Very bad service

I ordered a package from studio88 on the 4th of April and they used logistical solutionist for the delivery of my parcel. I have never been so disappointed in a delivery company as I was of this one. I never got my tracking number and I had to call studio88 to ask for it and only then I received it. My parcel was sent to a totally different address and when I called logistical solutionist to ask why my parcel was delivered to a different address they kept dropping my call until one lady answered and the lady who answered the call was very rude and told me there's nothing they can do about it. 0/10 for service and customer care 🚮
