Unhappy with Logistical Solutionist

I ordered clothes on Studio 88 on the 15th of December 2024 and I received an sms from Logistical Solutionist on the 17th of December with a a link for tracking my parcel. I have been trying to contact Studio 88 along with logistical Solutionist but there’s no reply. Their WhatsApp number is non functional.
