Discussing Attitude and so unprofessional

We are renovating and we ordered 1500 bricks from Logibrik. They were supposed to be delivered on Saturday the 7th March 2015. We had to make a payment or they would not be delivered. We went to the bank to make a transfer and sent off the proof of payment etc. Its now Wednesday the 11 March 2015. I called them on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday. The same excuse comes from them, that the bricks are on their way and they never arrive. When i call them they just lie saying the truck has left the yard and should be at me shortly. When i tell Gerda that i am fed up and angry, she just puts the phone down on me. <br> <br> They do not care that i have brick layers sitting around with nothing to do. Her attitude is well there is nothing i can do.<br> <br> Do not use this company you will regret it. Rather pay more and avoid them. Their attitude is reprehensible and they do not care how long you wait for your bricks. I have never come across such an unprofessional company!!
