Lodge 96

rude owner

I had made a reservation with Matt at lodge 96 in oudhshoorn ,never have i experienced a host as rude as that man .i was traveling from east london to oudhoorin and due to road works and stop and go i was late ,i had told him this and this man was so rude and i will sear his mages on this platform . Any update? I close reception at 8pm and I'm desperate for a shower and dinner and an early night after some idiot called me in the middle of the night so I've had about 4 hours sleep and a super busy busy day! was just about to msg u ,still on the road ..been heavy delays with stop n go's [11/20, 8:02 pm] Matt Lodge96: Thats still not helping me with what time!??? I'm exhausted and have endless phonecalls now at the same time of people begging me for rooms. If you do not like my tone and want to cancel then that's totally fine and I'll just accept one of the other people in town ready to come now so I don't have to wait 2 hours past my reception closing time.
