Poor Service

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would just like to report the poor service that we have recieved from Logansons. We ordered Burglar Guards as well as a wrought iron sliding gate from them which was installed in December last year. Upon the first month of installation, the emblem that was put on the sliding gate started to rust as well as the paintwork on the gate wasnt to our satisfaction. They were also meant to install an anti-theft bracket which they hadn't. We have made numerous calls and have sent emails requesting for them to sort this out and to date they have not done anything about it. Our contract clearly states a 5 year warranty on workmanship and paintwork. We are very dissapointed with the service that we have received from them.</p> <p>It would be greatly appreciated if we could get immediate assistance in this regard.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
