Pathetic Business owned by a habitual ****.

Donovan the Owner, has very poor communication, speaks too many lies, and does not deliver as per his agreement. I paid 70% Deposit in February 2023 for 4 pieces of work to be done. We are now in July 2023 and the work has not been completed. He promised work would be done within a week. He did 1 job in March, 1 job in April, 1 in June and this doesn't even cover my full Deposit. He continuously commits for dates to do the work and just doesn't pitch up, then he dodges your calls. When he does send his staff out, he makes no prior arrangements. He calls you at 8am, and says his team is on site to do the job, without any prior notice.

He does not seem to want to do the job, nor does he want to provide a refund.

When you try to confront him, he dodges, lies, blames his staff and puts his staff and children front to face the backlash of irrate customers.
