My money was ****** by Logan Martin Attorneys

*** This is a warning for all those people who are considering buying apartments at Magnolia ridge Rustenburg or any apartments through the body corporate, Logan Martin Attorneys. They will ***** your money! ***

I initially wanted to buy a 3 bedroom apartment at number 1 Magnolia Ridge Rustenburg, and was pressurized by by their agent Gucci from Remax properties early in 2017, to pay a deposit of R6000. Later on, I cancelled the purchase of the property since I had to attend to urgent family issues. Therefore I couldn't pay the deposit required by the bank anymore. I cancelled the transaction BEFORE it was fully completed. So the transfer of the property never took place as I cancelled before then.

The ****** at Logan Martin as well as their agency firm Remax refused to refund my deposit, saying that it went to wasted expenses, which is bull****... The ****** transfer of property to my name never took place.

I will NEVER again buy any property via Remax anywhere in the world and via their attorneys as this was a total *******. I did contact my lawyers and these bunch of ******* just kept quiet and refused never refunded my money.

Just a tip for anybody there who is considering buying apartments via body corporates of Logan Martin and via Remax estate agents, do NOT do it. They WILL ***** your money and give you a **** story about why they can't pay back your deposit.
