I made a booking last year and made a deposit payment, I asked to move my date as I could not make it anymore. They agreed that I can change the date and give my date at a later stage as as it is by the 01st Feb 2022. So today I send a mail giving my dates and im told I have to pay double the amount, I was not informed about that in any of my emails. The least they could do is confirm my booking at the same rate
