Don’t recommend lofty properties
Their building lack maintenance, when I moved in I was told that maintenance will be done soon. 4 months later nothing has been done. They send me incorrect invoices showing that I’m owing and I always pay my rent on time. When you call them and need them to rectify they are nowhere to be found and now you are stuck with a false debt. The cycling of most rooms is falling if not leaking and this needed urgent attention but there is none. I had to fix certain things myself which I found with fault for my own good. I will never recommend lofty properties to anyone. I complained about the false invoice to Lawrence the owner of the property @ 45 Malta road Naturena and said he will check but the same mistake happened where I received an sms and invoice claiming that I’m owing. In my life I have never skipped paying rent but Lofty is just disorganised.

25 Apr 2025, 12:37I’m renting a bachelor room from Lofty properties and was not happy when I moved in since it needed maintenance and was promised that it will be done soon. 3 months later I started to see Mould in the bathroom , bachelor space walls and by the windows. The room gets moist regularly and not a good living space anymore. I have to always wash the wall mould off since the owner said there’s nothing that can be done since the room has been build and they can not install air brick or more windows since it only had one small window which makes me suffocate. The owner just comes and says he’s doing maintenance himself but after a day the problem gets worse as if it was never fixed. I have been sick for some time always sneezing, runny nose and think it’s because of the mould and moist of this room. Lofty properties should do better and maintain their property for it to be more habitable.
