If I had the option to give 6 stars, I would have. Based in Cape Town, I bought a caravan from Loftus in JHB. They gave amazing service. Helena was excellent, from start to finish. After camping in rain the first time after 10 months, I discovered a leak. They did not walk away from the problem and arranged for it to be fixed in Cape Town. I will certainly support them in future again!
