Pleasantly surprised by service levels

We recently embarked on a loft conversion project at our home. After a lot of time spent with architects and considerable expense on structural engineers, JJ came up with a structural design that met my requirements at a considerably lower cost. I would like to say that the revamp was without incident but we had a number of comebacks as a result of sub-contractor issues. These were dealt with in a professional manner and to our satisfaction. <br> <br> There are few companies whose primary selling point is word of mouth and the quality of their work but certainly this company embraces the right attitude and quality of workmanship to get it right.
