i rented the apartment 2011/03/01 she permanently in Bethlehem i never met her the previous tenant was the one who show ne the apartment. sometimes last year i happen to come across the first tenant who mentioned that she never met her also, she the one who installed DSTV cords in the sitting room to both bedrooms. Moving in i stated that the wall need repainting that part off the wall is painted in blue paint, there is a nails all over the wall, DSTV cords extended to bedrooms, i need burglar buzz, no bulbs in the kitchen, balcony and passage, the mould is too bad. in her respond nails no problem people need to hang pictures, blue paint and wall will be painted after installing the burglar buzz, and mould she refer it to the developer who came inspect without any help further. This i tolerated until this year June 2015.
