Complain

Good morning

Kindly assist me on the 18 of November 2018 7.15pm at Nasrec expo centre Multichoice which is the company i work for had a end year function and they have hire Lodge Security Event company to assist with security duties on that day. The was one big gate which was divided into two for incoming car (left side) and outgoing car (right side) and each side the was one security, the was 3 cars in front of me when the first car go's in on the left side it stop and the drive spoke to the security the same security ask the other security on the right side to open for incoming cars as the was traffic now, so he did two cars in-front of me went in on the right side and i follow while was going in the security on the right decide to close the gate without notifying me to stop and he bump my car with the gate at the back right rear fender. The security ask me to park the car so i did the security on the right apology and said he thought i was inside already and security on the left called the manager Andrew Baloyi so we told him our story he never said anything helpful all he said he was not there to see what happen then ask one of the security which was not at the gate to take me and the security on the left to go in the office and take the statement so we went. Me and the security on the left we told him the same story and the guy just did not right the whole story just said (At 19H15 Mlungisi Dlamini working at gate 5 tried to close the gate and the car which was entering the venue was bumped on the far end right car req, description of the car and my contact details) Then said to me i should not worry he will send the details to his company and they will pay i can go enjoy my night and give me Andrew Baloyi contact details.

I have tried talking to Andrew Baloyi after the event to find out the feedback from his company he said he is still waiting for feedback he called me on the 31 Jan 2018 still with on valid feedback I called him on the 02 Feb 2018 he suggested i go find quotation then he send them to his CEO and wait for his reply and i did that on the 08 Feb 2018 send email with feedback, (Thank you for coming back to us. I have read your mail and referred it to my CEO for consideration .Unfortunately Lodge Security Events will not pay the complainant damages based on the incident report furnished to everyone on the previous mail. Based on the incident report all circumstances which lead to the incident were explained and correctly recorded based on witness and security on site at Gate 5 , Hope all parties will understand Lodge position regarding the incident, If there is any further information you would like us to provide please call me at ********** 215) I called him to explain his email and all he said was he understand where am coming from but his CEO said he will not pay damage on my car.

I have tried all revenue, tried everything with the Lodge security event company but am not getting any help with the matter, So please help me.
