Horrible service

We visited in 2021 valentine 's weekend as 2 couples. Our things were ****** the same night we checked in, it was on Friday night, while we were asleep. Our cell phone, clothes, money and food. We called the owner Martin and the police. A case was opened but nothing happened though. Martin promised that our this will be replaced as he has a business insurance that covers such things. He also promised us a free weekend accommodation for compensation, we should let him know when we are ready. When we were contacting him to follow up on the claims, we could not find him but his assistant. They lady came back to us and said Mr Martin does not know us and he doesn't remember making such promises to anyone. Until today, we haven't received any feedback back and our things. I won't recommend any 1to go to that place. Even the owner is not accountable in anyway. If any 1 can assist us about this matter can contact me on ***.
