False advertising, promised a refund, no reply

I booked a chalet at lodge Luc**** for a getaway in December 2015. On arrival at the lodge I asked myself the question (is this really the place that is being advertised) This was definitely false advertising at its best. I contacted the lodge owner the next morning and complained about the things that I was unhappy about. IE - The rain poured through the roof in the kitchen area, the bath leaked water from it's drain into the chalet, the shower drain was blocked, there were no plates to eat out of except saucers (plates were brought to the chalet before the care taker arrived), there was a bowl of food in the microwave that was never removed. The lodge owner, Magda Lemmer was not friendly at first and said that she is not Jesus that can make sure that all at the lodge runs smoothly and later contacted me and promised to refund me the amount of R 2600.00. I sent my banking details and till now after several mails and trying to contact them I have had no reply and no refund. This is really bad publicity and false advertising at its best. These people are ignoring my calls and emails as it is costing them money. We as clients have to pay the full amount before going but no refund. No
