I bought a voucher on daddy's deal for a holiday in Luc**** lodge I tried to make a booking for the 8th of may I emailed Magda Lemmer and she rep**** and told me that weekend they have 1 family room I can try another weekend. <br> <br> Thanks <br> Z P Mthombeni <br> <br> Things changed when she noticed that I'll be using daddy's deal voucher she started saying she doesn't have weekend only during the week, I told her it won't be possible for me to come during the week cos I'm coming with kid's <br> <br> On their advert it states clearly that you can use the voucher anytime including weekends, she started to be rude on emails telling me I have a choice of making a refund of which I don't want I want a holiday <br> <br> I gave her options to check anything available between may/June cos I know it's low season still she was not willing to help. I feel these people go to daddy's deal to advertise themselves and later myb they regret and want to treat people who are using vouchers as if they doing a favour for them
