Moving company ****

I paod in full for this company to move my furniture from Gordonsbauly to NorthWest. Only on arrival of the truck we were told that they was told by the storing company that my bed, my leather couch, all my clothes was not mine. The storing company confirmed the the moving company did not have space left for all my furniture. I had to go down urgently to fetch the remank g furniture and clothes myself. It cost just as much to fuel and accommodation. The moving company refuse to pay some money back as they did not load all my stuff. Effectively why would you move a flat furnuture without the bed and couch. The moving company dod not bother even to phone or send a message to ask because the space on their truck was not sifficient for all my furniture. Apparantly this is not the first time this has happened was confessed by the owner. Be very careful for such one man bands., even if it is suppose to be a friend.
