Think before you book and pay deposits with Loddeys

I have personally booked for my daughters and their families to fly out from KZN to spend time in Cape Town because of the unrest. They all live in the UAE. the day after the booking we manage to fly them out from Durban back to the UAE. I have then called Johan and the following day Ruan to make sure that they do cancell my booking and to please refund me. The sad part is that these two gentleman dont even have the decency to reply on the email that was given by them for my request. Two other bookings that was made by me for my family before the unrest was refunded in full, both in the North of KZN
