Worst rental car company ever

<p>I won't recommend anyone to use Locomute Car Rental service. Their service is very poor. My rental vehicle was not delivered in time as pre arranged with Locomute, after numerous phone calls, they eventually delivered the car at 16:00 in the afternoon and not 8:00 in the morning as arranged. From inception the car gave me problems, faulty battery, which caused me to be stuck a couple of times, after numerous phone calls once agian that was sorted out. When they collected the vehicle that was in time, much to my amazement. I was told that my refundable deposit will be refunded to me in 7 - 14 days, it has been 21 days and still no refund. Their phone lines are not working, website is not working, so no one can get hold of them. So I guess I have lost out on my deposit. I'm writing this review to warn people out there to be carefull if and when using them</p>
