Shoddy Services and Duping Susceptible Clients

The company is duping susceptible clients , today I called for their services and the locksmith (Amand Booysen) arrived late despite the agreed response time and service fee. When they arrived they just unlocked the door without my consent and charged exorbitantly compared to what they said on the flier. They left the job unfinished on the cover of going back to the car park to take more tools despite having paid ZAR 3270.00 for a 2 minutes job. I tried to call both the office and him but all my calls were being dropped intentionally and later found out that they blocked me. It's bad for a company that thrives on duping clients , worse they do not complete tasks that are paid for apart from not answering follow up calls. I feel short changed and duped by companies that must be there to serve the people. It's a time where all potential susceptible and existing customers know the kind of service this company offers.
