This company is an absolute ******* and have no problem charging their customers astronomical labor rates which is not quoted for upfront..... And their customer service is absolutely pathetic. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and would advise them to steer clear of them altogether to avoid getting **********. For the price they charged on labor alone, I could have almost purchased a brand new generator.... They have no integrity whatsoever!!!!! If they had been upfront from the start and said that for the cost of the repairs it would be in my best interest to rather purchase a new one, then this would be a very different post?!!

03 Jan 2021, 13:25Further to the above complaint, we have tried endlessly trying to contact the company as the items repaired are still not working.... The owner of the company has blocked me so I am unable to contact them and the technicians that performed the repairs cut my calls.
My mother-in-law even contacted the owner in an effort to get someone to come and repair the items under their 5 year warranty (as stipulated on their invoice) and he seemed to want to assist but told my mother-in-law that his car was broken and couldn't come and it would take about a week to repair. A week later my mother-in-law tried to contact the owner again with no reply, she even offered to come fetch him, but still no reply.... So in short, this company cannot be trusted.
I have also noticed that they have changed their logo to Locksmith Guru...
