I experienced a horrible service ever in my life due to requesting an assistance on my car because it locked itself with the keys, hand bag and phone inside. I had to request for an emergency assistance with a quotation in order for me to agree on the service being offered. After comparing the quotes of two different companies that charged same price R950 which I thought it was expensive but not to this Locktec 24/7 company owned by Shane van Niekerk who ****** me in the evening of the 09th of September 2020 6:30 refusing to give a quote before doing the actual work only a call out price R325 was given then taking 10 minutes to open my car to charge me R1895. It was a huge shock to my ears him and his friend gave me no choice by holding my keys, refusing to give it to me without paying full amount. Please be alert of these ******, they take advantage of people because of needing urgent help. They reap peoples pockets. Stay away from Locktec 24/7 company Shane van Niekerk
