The worst service you will ever receive. This company is full of ********* that will basically hold you hostage until you pay them a stupidly expensive fee.

We were quoted R365 for call out fee to get keys that were locked in the car. When the first guy arrived, he tried to access the vehicle with crowbar and wire hanger, to which he failed and ended up causing damage evaluated to R16 ooo (Sixteen Thousand Rand) which LockTec refuse to pay because they say they contracted the locksmith and the locksmith doesn't work for the company. Its absolutely ridiculous. They ended up charging us R5600 to get a key out of a car.

The owner of the company Evert Van Starden is the biggest ********. It would serve us all the world of good if this company goes down and shuts its doors.
