BE AWARE, They advertise R325 call out fee and states "Pricing can only be determined by the locksmith when he is on site". However, once the guy arrives, he started knocking the door knob and replaced with a new one without even trying to open the original lock. At the end, the guy gave me an invoice amount of R3505! In the invoice, it states "Opening fee" which is R2400. I've called other locksmith before, and never had this "Opening fee",,, surely, when one calls a locksmith, it is almost certain that "opening" is necessary? I of course refused to pay the opening fee, and called the boss, who acted as I should have know that there is "Opening fee", which was not written anywhere and the guy never mentioned too. At the end, the boss practically laughed over the phone and refused to pick up the call too. Be careful of this dark & dirty locksmith, everybody should be warned..
