I had a call out after contacting M.S.D. Locksmith. I was informed that they will send me information over WhatsApp and I can send a picture of the lock. I was sent voice notes stating the call out fee will be voided if I accept the quote once the locksmith looks at the lock. The locksmith was over an hour late and effectively just used a shifting spanner to strip the lock. They never gave a quote, and I was charged for the call out & an new lock which was never installed. Trying to follow up was fruitless as they then blocked my number and refused to answer any of my calls. I used a different number which they then answered and when I started to address the issue they hung up and refused to answer again. I sent multiple emails with no response and I will be opening up a theft and ***** case at the police station.
