Locksmith Solutions in Pta dishonesty

Desmond of Locksmith Solutions responded rapidly to open a toilet door lock that had failed. Convinced me he would replace the lockset and Tumbler. After he left the lock would not work. I removed it to find the he had installed an old used lockset but a new tumbler. Charged R890 for the lockset and Tumbler, which only costs R313.60 at Chamberlains. Callout and labour additional R445. He annoyingly said he would return my money, which o e week later I still await. The man is dishonest and cannot be recommended
