Wedding dress destroyed by dry cleaners

This dry cleaning company at Higveld Mall in Witbank Thunder locksmith took in my wedding dress on Sunday 6/3/2021. The man behind the corner said he will phone us after he spoke to his manager to find out if they can remove oily stains x 2 on the front of dress middle. And on the part of the dress at the back that has a longer part going out. This was an oily stain for both. He never phoned us on the monday like he said. We phoned on the Wednesday to find out if the dress was taken in for cleaning. He said yes. He will let us know when it is back. No call came from them. We phoned Thurday late afternoon. He said we can collect on Friday 12 March 2021. When my fiancé collected it , the guy said there was two stains they could not get out. He showed my fiancé two new stains. The was clearly bubble gum pink in the front. The chiffon was sticking on the satin under chiffon. And the stain is quite big. The other stain is on the shoulder. Two black marks that was also not there previously. My fiance said to him that those stains was not there when we braught in the dress. He said it can be a chemical reaction that brings out previous stains. That is bs. The one pink mark is bubble gum and the shoulder was also no previous marks. I think the dress took so long because they tried to remove their mistake. Even the lace on the dress wat folded up. I am getting married nex Saturday. I have no money to pay again for a R3000 dress. I am in tears. They must reimburse me for my dress they *****ed up. I will take this matter further. And hope to resolve it before the day of my wedding.
