The worse experience ever. I have rented a car because my car has gone in for repairs. So the rented car I have, locks all doors if the key is inside the car, didn't know this. This was my first time ever locking my keys in any car. These people over charged me, so instead of the R700 and something daily rate, I got to pay R1250, for one of their guys to open the car. Do not use them, as I also had to wait 2 hours before they arrived, then they said they are charging me after hour rates.
