Locksmith-on-call: Abusive, stay away!

Complaint: I contacted locksmith on Call earlier this morning to get a quote for a replacement key via WhatsApp. The person that responded was pleasant at first answering all my questions. I received 2 additional quotes and each one matched what locksmith on call quoted me. For this reason I decided to use their services instead simply because they had responded to my query quicker. I called the number locksmith on call provided and the same person that was so pleasant initially answered. I asked him a simple question as to where they are located, his response was co**** and abrupt telling me his location is of no relevance. I found his attitude totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I ended our call with a thank you and hang up. Blocked his number on my WhatsApp and deleted the text. Thinking this was the end and I'd much rather spend my money somewhere else. This man then sent me a text message to my cellphone minutes later. Listing the reasons why he reacted the way he did to my simple question and calling me a spoiled brat for blocking him. (This from a business professional who reacted like a child when I would not be commissioning their services. What happened to my right as a consumer to say no thank you?) I responded by way of telling him that his attitude lost his company revenue and our interaction has come to an end. I bid him good day and again thought this is the end. This man responded again and only when I told him I'll be lodging a complaint against his company for harassment, did his messages stop. To whoever takes the time to read this. This company is highly unprofessional. I find it ***** that this man reacted in this way when asked where they were based. They will resort to name calling and harassment. Locksmith on call Salt river and surrounds...avoid them at all costs. There are tons of companies within the western cape that will provide the same service at the same price and I'm sure your entire experience would be 100% better too.
