Dishonest Locksmiths in Midrand/Wierda Park advertising - R150.00 call out fee

I locked my motor vehicle, a Diahatsu Charade, from the outside with my keys still in the ignition at Sutherland Spar, Willem Botha str, Wierda Park. I was totally overwhelmed. I googled "locksmiths wierda park" phoned the adverti*****t stated 24/7 locksmith for only R150.00 call out. (I do have a tight budget as I am over 60 and insolvent,) The afrikaans speaking male answering my overwhelmed call to *** told me within 48 seconds what I need to know (As I am still overwhelmed and in tears, I did not request a quote, as the call out stated R150.00 and I knew thew the actual service fee will be added.) He told me he have a locksmith close by, I must just sms my present location. The sms returned", again mentioning "R150.00 call out fee, On the way", Within 10 min a very friendly afrikaans speaking male arrived, open the Charade,s door within less than a minute. He charged me R1,000.00 !!!!!!!!!!! I nearly fainted, I do not have that kind of money, in tears"and now really stupidly overwhelmed, I try to negotiated and he got away with my last R800.00 cash, that my 84 year old mother gave me to by groceries at Spar. Now that I am serious thinking about this I am extremely cross and again crying my eyes out !!!! How can a person do that ???? I am struggling financially and a friendly male take advantage of a distressed, overwhelmed, crying lady in desperate need for help, Please people stay away from the locksmith,s cell phone number I mentioned !!!!!, To me this is blatant *****ing !!!!!
