Car hit by locksecure driver

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way LocSecure company has been handling the situation regarding the accident involving their driver and our car.

Despite being the victim in this incident, the treatment I have received during the claims process has been incredibly disrespectful. Not only was our vehicle hit from the back by a LocSecure driver, but the response I have encountered when seeking updates on the progress has been far from satisfactory.

In my attempts to follow up and gain insight into the status of our claim, I have been met with accusations of rudeness. To make matters worse, I was even questioned about whether our driver knows how to operate a vehicle, despite the clear evidence that the accident was caused by the negligence of the LocSecure driver.

Such treatment is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. I expect a higher level of service and courtesy, especially given the circumstances. I urge you to address this matter promptly and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to rectify the situation.
