Way too expensive for no reason

The pricing is ridiculous. They charge a crazy call out fee. They refuse to give me an estimate to help with breaking my lock and replacing it. On arrival, I was told by mouth that I will have to pay over R2000. It was so ridiculous. Even though I was not prepared to pay such a ridiculously high amount, I still had to pay the call out fee of R290.
