I have had a very unpleasant situation last year with this respective company and vowed to never use them again.<br> <br> To shed some light on my previous experience (end of November 2015), I phoned the company with a request to come and help me fix a trellidor lock. I explained to Joshua the situation as well as what is required to be done. After I waited 4hours for Douglas to come and assist, (the promise time was 14h15 where he only arrived at 17h45 after numerous calls to Joshua), he explained to me that he will not be able to assist me with this problem, as they don't work on those locks. I was still required to pay the call-out fee of R500 and I don't think this is fair. I phoned Joshua the next day and explained to him the situation whereas he told me Douglas is on leave and will only be back the following week. I then phoned him again whereas he explained he is not able to get hold of Douglas and will phone me back as soon as he hears back from him. I again tried to phone him in the new year, however his phone was turned off. Till this day I am still awaiting the promised call.<br> To make matters worse, I then had to go to Trellidor, buy the required part and fit it myself...
