Ridiculous prices for damaging your lock

Called Sandton Lockpro Locksmith. Sandton is about 7 minutes from my house but the guy took 45 minutes to come while we stood in the sun in the garden locked out. He came and tried to pick the lock which he couldn't do. Then he drilled the lock to open, basically breaking the lock so we had to replace it as it was useless. It took him all of 10 minutes and we got charged R1500 and on top of that we had to go out qnd purchase and install a new lock! Had i known the ridiculous price they would charge i wouldve broken a window as that wouldve been cheaper, or broken the lock myself for free! Absolutely horrified at the price they charged and for breaking my lock. Will never use again or recommend. Rather break a window
