Poor client relations. Refusal for a basic removal after sub-par service.

Lockpro, a service that provides lock smith services to the public.

This morning I had called them out to unlock my door for me as my tenants have the keys to premises at ransom for a deposit refund not due.

Upon unlocking my door, the lock Smith gave me instructions on how to remove the lock, seeing that I'm an Auditor and not a lock smith I could not remove the lock.

I called the service and a man (presumably the boss) told me to figure it out or pay another call out fee so that they can finish the job which will probably take them 2min, the man on the phone was professional however highly unhelpful.

If you use their services, I highly suggest that you ask them to perform the whole service else you will find yourself with a stuck lock and an unappreciative "boss" on the other end of the line when you seek the full lock smith service.
