Poor client communication and mix up orders

I paid for my order and they said it takes 14 days when i called them after 16 days they told me my order was delayed up to 5 days and when i finally received my order I got 132 tiles instead of 144 and when I tried to contact them they went silent and didn't give me any attention after a number of emails and whatsapp texts...these guys think they are too big to fail but they will learn one day if they continue with this work ethic they don't even deserve one star mxm.
