Paid in full but now out of business

Placed an order on 25 August and paid in full. Received no further communication and when I sent an follow-up today received the following out of office reply "It is with a heavy heart that we need to inform you that LockFloors is closed until further notice. You will receive communication in due time." So looks like I can kiss my money goodbye. Just saw tired of people *****ing money in this country as this is not my first time being taken to the cleaners by a 'reputable company' that I was referred to my multiple people.
