Disgusted with lockfloors

I placed a large order on the 29th of August and paid in full and was most disappointed that the company has closed until further notice. I went to my bank and opened a ***** case and the bank advised me to go do an affidavit and open a ***** case at the police station. Which is what I did. My question is how can you take clients money knowing very well that you are closing and you can't deliver. I don't know how you are sleeping at night, you should be ashamed of yourself.
