Bad customer service
Lock floors they finance department will take forever to refund you money that they owe you even if you go to their office they’ll promise you that they will deposit your money on Thursday according to their policy it takes 14 days waiting period and after 14 days they will do it on Thursday now is almost two without hearing from them even If I email them they will not respond to my email emails.
My advice don’t ever return goods because after receiving or returning goods don’t expect any good customer service from lock floors.

11 Nov 2019, 16:09After writing my review on hellopeter my business account was resolved in a day I still believe lock floors need to improve their service and relationship with their customers it is very important for business like theirs to be trusted and to keep customers informed with any progress no matter the mistake was with the customers or on they side, I hope to give them a second chance in the future.
