Terrible service, ********** workmanship, unreliable, conartist.

Do not use this company! John Mesilan takes a huge deposit, then keeps you waiting for weeks! He uses a variety of excuses as to why he can not deliver! When we finally were told to collect the products he was still not finished. My driver went home empty handed. He then promised to deliver the 3 garden umbrellas. When he FINALLY arrived he was drunk and aggressive, the canvasses were filthy, I suspect that he used second hand canvas. The canvasses were also not made to size and have bent my umbrellas' poles as he forced the structure to fit the canvas which was way too small for the size of the umbrella. He also did not return all my structures ' parts and I therefore have to now spend more money trying to get someone else to replace my canvas PLUS make right what he broke. This was a terrible experience which has left me poorer and with less than I started with!!!!! This man can not be trusted.
