Terrible all round job!

absolutely terrible! John never showed up for the initial appointment on time and the onus was on me to have to have to phone him. work quality was extremely poor. he used my tools to do the job and he used all the old wall plugs (buckled and bent from removing the blinds). i phoned John to tell him that the patio blinds are pulling out of the walls because he used the old wall plugs and nails and the fabric is tearing, he promised he would come through to fix the problem, go figure he never showed up and every call he took he had excuses for not showing up. 3 weeks later and i am still waiting. now he avoids my calls all together.
