Shocking Service and Blatant lies

On Friday 30 January 2015 I had John quote me on outdoor blinds for my patio. On acceptance of the quotation I paid a 50% deposit and was told by John that the blinds would be installed by Wednesday 4 February. On Wednesday after hearing nothing from John I called him and he said that because of load shedding they would have to come the following day. The following day came and nothing again so I called him and he changed the installation to friday. Friday came and again nothing. I called him and he had another excuse and told me that he would be at my house by 8AM the next morning. Eventually at 3pm he arrived but without any of the tools needed to install the blinds. Again he told me he would be coming the next morning at 9. At 11 he phones and says he cant make it again and that he will be there by 10 30 the next day.<br> He has wasted 6 days of my time and money as I have had to arrange for someone to be home every time and now that the blinds are finally in the workmanship standards are far below what was promised.<br> He even had to borrow my tools when he finally arrived to install the blinds.<br> Don't use this guy, he is a **** and is not capable of doing his job.
