Missing furniture inside the storage premises

I am renting out a storage with this company since 2020 and I am up to date with payments, recently ny brother wahted to access the storage and was refused entry because apparently the storage belongs to someone else and have since moved and I am currently not on their books. I have since moved to EC and still hold keys to that storage I have never moved and also how did they manage to contact me notifying me with price increase if I'm not on their books? I want my furniture back or pay what's due to me should it be missing. Also why have you blocked my brother if you have nothing to hide? Why are you avoiding my calls?
