Pathetic service. Prices too high.

Unacceptable prices. To change 1 lock in 35 minutes charged R2500. When I called initially I was told there was R280 call out fee. When asked about the price she intentionally omitted that labour would be a minimum of 1350 and instead answered with “it depends” she then proceeded to ask about the address. When I called after to enquire about why the price was so high she claimed I didn’t ask about the price and that I failed to send images or explain the issue as if this is my daily job and I would know what is required. She was extremely rude and said to “take the lock out” and minus the amount from the bill if it’s too much . She was condescending, disrespectful and down right rude. This behaviour is unacceptable and business owner, Joshua Venter, needs to address this issue immediately. It is unprofessional and pathetic service.
