Watch out! These guys will take advantage of your vulnerable desperate situation.

Ask first what their call-out fee is before they arrive, then ask for a quote before they start any work. Their pricing is misleading, multiple Company names, the Company you originally called is not the same as on the invoice, the invoice you receive has no details, no email address and is sent via WhatsApp and you are charged tax even though they appear to not be Vat registered. In their advert they show R250 call-out fee, that's the first thing you see, so you don't ask questions. They arrived and changed a lock, I received an invoice over WhatsApp, which has no address, no phone number, Vat Number, nothing. I was charged R795 just for the call-out fee as opposed to the advertised R250, and that's just the call-out fee, you will literally have a heart attack when you see the total inflated prices. Then, if it's not bad enough they DEMAND an IMMEDIATE payment right there and then. Their website has no contact information, no address, nothing. If something goes wrong, you have no details, absolutely nothing! The whole thing is very suspicious and uncomfortable to say the least and will not be dealing with these guys ever again. Horrible experience!
