Locanet logistics false advertising and horrific client services

On Thursday the 31st August 2017 I took my laptop in to have windows 10 drivers installed. The technition assured us it was a five minute process and it would be ready to pick up Friday 1st September as they were moving so all work taken in was to be completed before their move. I voiced my complaint and was told they understand and will make sure it was readtyy on monday. Saturday 2nd September we went to fetch and still was told they are moving. Today is Tuesday 5th September. They have not contacted me as promised regarding my laptop. I have told them to return my laptop so I can take it elsewhere. I am writing exams and need to do so with my pc. I have had to cancel exams, re book and repay. I cannot vontinue with my education because of localnets disregard for client service, false advertising and rude staff that laugh at you on the phone. How is it fair that business owners get away with this. I still do not have my pc back
