Horrible service. Stay far away

What a horrible experience. I took my laptop in for repairs to the USB port that is also used to charge the battery. Besides this problem, the laptop was in perfect working order and used daily. They told me they will contact me two days later, Thursday, which they did not do. I called them on Friday and was told that the motherboard is broken! I went to their shop and spoke to the manager who was very rude. They have effectively broken the motherboard and instead of owning up, gave me a lecture on computer repairs! The laptop is now utterly useless.
