Phone tracking **** website (localize.mobi)

I tried to track my phone through this service and only subscribed to the trial which was $0.89 (R16,28) but they deducted an entire month's subscription of over R900 from my bank account. I tried to contact their support department and asked them to reimburse me, but they are unresponsive. This looks like a **** because I couldn't even get any info on the whereabouts of my phone so not only did they ***** my money, their service failed.
