Lack of Integrity and ********* Business Practices

I have had the displeasure of trying to do business with Angelique (Angie) Young of Local Website Design (aka Nuviz Networking as per bank account), about a year ago I engaged with Angie (who came recommended by a friend) to redo a website, the first sign should've been flashing red lights when I had to beg for the quote which took 3 week for her to send through. There-after I have literally had every excuse thrown at me for her lack of delivery - my internet is down; I've got terrible admin skills; I haven't checked my emails for weeks; I'm selling the business; I overcharged you and have admitted to it but that doesn't mean I owe you a refund; not to mention the "personal" issues. Over R 7 000 spent on new website which looked like a primary school project and a years hosting (which should end at the end of April 2021) and I have now had to get a competent designer to re-do the site and hosting. When Angie can't produce then she goes on the defensive and says you are questioning her integrity - which by now she has proven she doesn't have - and promises refunds and then when you push her for said refund, she merely chooses to ignore any attempt at communication. If you should come across the highly ********* business operations of Ms Angelique Young, I would strongly suggest you run in the opposite direction for you will not get any semblance of value for money.
